Professional background

Shane has been financing property and development sites for two decades and is a highly experienced financier. Shane’s goal is to build long-term relationships and help clients meet their investment objectives. Shane holds an RG146 Investment Adviser accreditation for managed investments, Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and has obtained his real estate registration through the REIQ, and is Partner of National Real-Estate Group AgencyHQ Gold Coast.

Shane is academically and culturally diverse having studied Theology and a Master of Business Administration. Shane holds an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree and is a recognised authority on commercial finance, publishing Australia’s first book on construction and private lending, and created an industry approved Private Lending Certificate Course for Investors & Mortgage Brokers.
