Professional background

I am new to early-stage investing, I have been focusing so far on stock investing, invoice discounting, and commercial real estate. I now want to venture into early startup investing. I am also an employee of a Tobacco FTSE 500 company, working with them for the past 20 years in Supply Chain Management. My experience is in planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and distribution. Over the past 20 years I have lived and worked in many countries across Middle East and North Africa including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt & Iran. I am looking to invest in ventures with a solid scalable business plan, which can turn profitable and self-sustainable within the early years, backed by enthusiastic, qualified and experienced entrepreneurs. Sustainability agenda with the greater good in mind is definitely a plus.
